Griffth's is our go-to for carpet cleaning. It is always easy to get them and they are very responsive - even in the height of summer. They do a thorough and excellent job every time. They have continuity of staff and the guys who come to the house remember their way around and pay great attention to detail. I have recommended them to others and would gladly work with them again.

I choose them because I've seen the trucks around here and they seem to be located close to home. They removed the upholstery and carpet and brought them back. They weren't cheap, but they were very good. They did what they said they were going to do, on time. They're nice people. The first person I called was very responsive. She gave me an idea of what the pricing would be on the phone, which was very helpful. They were so busy and said it would be cheaper for me to have them pick them up. They had information when I called on the phone, workers who moved some heavy furniture to get to the rug. They were very timely and easy to work with. They were great. There was a slight misunderstanding over the pricing, but it could have been my fault. They didn't give me a written quote. But I'm fine with that. It was okay.

He doesn't follow the work he originally describes. For the carpet cleaning, he said he would scotch guard it which was obviously not done.

The company confirmed their arrival a day ahead and even called to say that they could come earlier or later, if I preferred. The men were polite and fast and offered rug care information. The cleaning was good, considering that the rug was about 25 years old.

I FEEL THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS. MY APPOINTMENT WAS ON SATURDAY AT NINE THIRTY AND THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME. THE CARPET IS OLD BUT THE WORKERS DID THE BEST THEY COULD DO.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE FROM GRIFFITH'S ARE COURTEOUS AND NICE. THEY OFFER SEVERAL SERVICES AND OPTIONS REGARDING THE CLEANING OF MY CARPET. THE PRICES ARE REASONABLE.

GRIFFITHS IS A GREAT COMPANY WHO DOES EXCELLENT WORK, AS I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. NOW THEY ARE NOT THE CHEAPEST COMPANY TO USE, BUT I TELL YOU THEY ARE THE BEST IN SERVICE.
