The man who came was very knowledgeable. He is advising a leak test and I am now waiting for the office to call me to schedule it. He also suggested a supplemental unit and the rep has made an appt to come on Monday so I'm waiting for 2 more components but the initial service was excellent

I had a major leak from within the walls, and they did a great job of coordinating with a contractor they recommended to cut out the sheet rock and repair the problem. They also followed up to make sure everything was working properly.
