Quality work but it was very hard to get timely response to inquiries on multiple phone calls. Additionally, met with several times for proposal for a separate project and despite repeated attempts and direct promises failed to ever provide an estimate.

I'm very satisfied with them. They do good work. They do an excellent job. I have no basis to grade price. I am content with their pricing. There's been a long history. The founder of the company is no longer around. He either died or moved into retirement. He installed my air conditioning system. His family continues to operate the place. That's the history and how I originally got him, I don't even know anymore. I've been with them for quite a while.

The whole process is good and we have been working with them for a few years. I haven't had any repair issues, but each year they do a check and replacement of the filter.

Sales reps were professional and friendly, everyone arrived when they were supposed to, and the technicians did a great job.

They were very good, they came when they said they would, they worked around me and got to put it in when I wasn't there.

Everything was perfect. We had a little problem and even though they are off the island they came immediately to fix it. We price shopped and theirs was very reasonable. We are very happy with them.

I found the sales manager, Eddie Reynolds, to be extremely knowledgeable about cooling systems. He was the only person that came to give a bid who really looked over my whole house, the relation to the sun, how much shade I got, etc... He offered me a number of choices, and was very patient and helpful with my decision making process. The units were installed on time, and work with no problems.

I called and had the owner John Grant show up at the house. Seemed like a really nice and straight forward guy. He looked at the system and made some good recomendations and told me he would have an estimate for repairs done in three days. Unfortunately, that was over a month ago. I have sent numerous emails and left messages for an estimate but to no avail. It may be that he is overwhelmed this time of year but to give no response after promising an estimate is pretty poor customer service particularly from the owner of a company.

Called for service and scheduled appointment for following week. They showed up on time and quickly assessed the problems and made the necessary repairs. Serviceman was very courteous.

It was a substantial job. They seemed to do everything well. We had a minor problem, which we are still fixing but other than that they have done very well.

We are happy so far and we are very pleased. Its cut our energy usage bill in about half. They gave us a very professional quote and also a very competitive price. They performed the job very smoothly and it was very good. They were very professional and very nice.
