Description of Work: We commisioned CCP to do a rennovation of our pool in 2008 or so. The job was completed and we were happy with the job. We expected them to be our service provider and care for the pool indefinetly. Well, two years later they just decided they wont service our area any more. This past summer, we called them because the cauking was coming off and wanted them to fix it from the job they did. I understand this doesnt last forever, and thought they could help. We also asked them to give us an estimate to replace all of our coping, a $5k-$10k job. Well they promised to come over and evaluate, but they TOTALLY blew us off and then didnt return phone calls etc Really bizarre company, and i would suggest looking elsewhere. You would think a little loyalty was in order after giving them such a big job.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY IS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT THE WORK THEY DO IS WELL WORTH IT. THE POOL LOOKS WONDERFUL, AND THE COLOR IS VERY CLEAN. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO USE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP.
Description of Work: I HAVE CHEMICALS PUT IN MY POOL ON A WEEKLY BASIS BY THEM.
