+ -1 moreThis was a very positive experience. The CarpetPro folks- Luis Vargas and his associate- were responsible- timely, and very professional. They moved all the furniture and replaced with padding underneath to eliminate indented marks on the carpeting as it dried. They returned to complete some tacking of loose carpet edging without me needing to call to remind them. All in all- very good company and nice people. Bev Feigelman
Description of Work: We hosted my nephew and his lively 2 year old dog for the summer. After they left, we contacted Carpet Pro. Luis of Carpet pro shampooed area rugs and wall to wall carpeting in our home: living room, dining room and bedrooms and hallways. Upholstery steam cleaned some stains he noticed on the bottom of my living room sofa and removed dog urine stains and deodorized carpets. Luis Vargas and his assistant were very responsible, professional and thorough. There was a need for some tacking down of carpet edging that our "visiting dog" had lifted up and Luis returned later to complete this job too- with nails he needed to do the work properly. Terrific!
