Steve is awesome. We had no water coming from our well and no clue why. He managed to squeeze us in the day after we called, showed up a little early (!), very quickly tracked the problem to the breaker (which had a bent piece of plastic on it) and got it running. He made sure the pressure switch wasn't malfunctioning to trip the breaker. While he was here, he noticed a leaky solenoid valve on our UV light (we'd had a mysterious puddle on the floor) and fixed that, too. At the end of the visit, he recapped what he'd done so a layman could understand. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and his communication is great. I wish all contractors/service specialists were this good!

We had a pump from the late 70's down a 300ft well with galvanized pipe all the way up. Steve brought up his truck and removed all the old equipment, and installed a new pump for us. He was very patient, explained everything to us, and was very pleasant to talk to while he was here. A heck of a nice guy, and I'd recommend him to my friends, family, and strangers alike. Steve is top-notch, been in the biz for a very long time, and extremely professional.

Steve was great. He gave us a lot of information about the depth of our well, the recharge rate, etc. very professional.

We had recently had a plumber replace the pump control switch and right after we started getting a lot of black metallic flakes in our water. We called Steve and he talked to us on the phone and gave us some advice. He said the black bits were from the well casing and should settle to the bottom of the well soon, but if not, he could install a filter. After a day or so the black stuff was still there so we had him put in a filter. He came the 2nd day after we called and was right on time. The price was very fair and the filter solved the problem. Steve gave us about 8 cartridges for the filter, too. Steve explained clearly how to change the cartridge in the filter, but also said we could call him anytime and he would talk us through it on the phone.

It was a great experience. I had called Steve multiple times before the process to ask questions and he responded in a timely manner. He went through the process with my husband and I and told us the positive and negative effects that could happen so we had all the information we needed. He was patient and thorough. He came out today to install the pump and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a good experience with this company. I feel that Steve is a no-nonsense type of professional and made sure I knew I could call him if any thing went wrong. I have incredible water pressure!
