Work went very well, all hands on deck made for a half day installation of a very nicely finished driveway. Dave was on site at all times and the crew worked together like a finely tuned machine. Highly recommend Dave and his crew!

They were great to work with from start to finish. I had a good interaction with the person who did the quote who answered all of my questions. I had them dig out my old driveway and then repave. The quote was reasonable and they completed the work within a few weeks of the quote. The workers arrived on time, were professional, and did high quality work. I am pleased with the appearance.

AMAZING! We had trouble previously and were very leary of another contractor. Our driveway was stone and needed to be leveled and paved. Tommy Webb led our job for L. Browe and we are talking I left in the morning to one of those driveways with weeds growing out of it and 1/2hr before they were done Tommy called. I came to see it and paid. There was never an issue and they leveled so the water drained to one spot off the driveway. HIGHLY RECCOMEND totally worth it!!!

There was a section that needed repaving. After two seasons they finally arrived. Now 4 years later that section is awful. Appartently they only placed one layer or blacktop.

Great! They explained everything & removed our old driveway & pavers to put in the new one. Looks good, they were mindful of our property and my plants, too.

It was great. It was an average price. They gave us a discount, because the 3 of us did it together. Instead of $21,000.00 we paid $1900.00. It seemed to be done professionally. It seemed to be done thoroughly. I had one issue, and they said it was going to be okay, if not they will repair it, so we will see. They called back and addressed it. It is on their record in case there is an issue.

Prompt, courteous workers; good result. Placed a conduit under the driveway for dog invisible fence wire and reconnected wire. Cleaned up afterward. Pleased with result.

Once again they were excellent across the board. They're very professional, the crew that we see there were about five or six guys they worked together seamlessly so that the work went very smoothly, they all knew what needed to be done, when it needed to be done, who had to do it and it was just quick and easy.

Excellent. Due to the size of the job, we obtained three quotes from contractors who received top recommendations on Angie's list. One contractor never showed up to give an estimate. The other contractor gave an estimate for the same work as L. Browe. The estimate that L. Browe gave was 50% higher than that given by their competitor. We chose L. Browe because we were convinced that L. Browe was better-suited to do the work. We felt that the competing, lower-priced contractor had great experience in sealing and repairing driveways but that L. Browe had the level of expertise we needed to make certain that we would have no problems in the future. Our driveway is nearly a quarter of a mile in length on a very steep hill with significant groundwater issues. The work required removing the old pavement; re-grading part of the subsurface to prevent groundwater from causing the pavement to deteriorate; excavating the parking pad nar the garage; adding and compacting six to eight inches of stone; applying and rolling two inches of premium asphalt for the driveway and the parking pad; and milling the edges to assure proper shedding of water. We had L. Browe do the work while we were away for vacation. They were already starting when we left for the airport at 7:00 A.M. When we returned a week later, the work was done perfectly and the clean-up was immaculate. We've waited nearly two years (two winters) before submitting this review. We wanted to make certain that no problems developed. There have been no problems. We are as pleased with the result as we were the day we returned home two years ago. It is never easy to decide to hire the more expensive contractor. We are happy that we did so in this case. We would highly recommend L. Browe.

quality work at a high price

They did excellent! They added some drains so the water would run under the driveway. They gave us a 2 year warranty as opposed to most companies that give you a 1 year warranty. They were very responsive to my questions.

We have a very long drive way which is long overdue for a re-pavement. We had a few estimate and decided on L Browe. They are the most expensive one although not by much. What sold us their capacity. We have a very long drive way (~700 feet) and L Browe had all the right equipment. They came in just on time before 7 and got on the project right away. Had everything done around 4 PM. We were impressed but how quickly they got things done and our driveway looked beautiful. It's been over 2 months since the driveway was put in and all looked good.

L. Browe put in a new driveway for me about four years ago. I thought it would be helpful for people to know how it has held up. The company did a decent job. They dug up my old single wide driveway, and widened it to be two cars wide. They did a good job with tapering the edges of the driveway. The used a ton of gravel as a base. They did NOT level the top of part of the new section. As a result, the grading is wrong and when it rains the water pools at my sidewalk. I had made a point before of telling them I wanted the driveway to be graded toward the street (including giving them a drawing), but it was not done as I requested. The driveway had several long cracks after this last winter, when it was only four years old, and I was told and quot;they do thatand quot; and they sent someone to put some black junk in the cracks. Looks crummy. There are several places where the asphalt has crumbled and it no longer looks good. There are dips near the edges that look like the asphalt sunk. They told me I would never have to seal my driveway, but I now realize if I don't, I run the risk of the whole thing falling apart. I wouldn't recommend L. Browe based on my long-term experience.

The work that was originally promised was not done. The work that was done had to be redone twice. The owner promised to come back a fourth time to further correct problem. I never heard from him again. I really wish I had not used this company!

Regraded the driveway and put down 2 coats of blacktop. They did a great job.

I was very pleased with the entire process, from the comprehensive estimate to the finished product. They supplied their estimate shortly after I called requesting it, and once we decided to use their company they repaved our driveway by the promised date and did an excellent job. I was especially pleased with the clean up after the repaving was completed. They deserve high marks for being so easy to work with!

Excellent work. Very professional high quality work. Competitively priced and honored quotation that was greater than 30 days old. My wife and I are delighted with the quality, and aesthetics of the finished product. I recommend L Browe, LLC.

They're good. They're very professional. They came right away, gave me an estimate and came the day they said they were going to come, did the work and it was good. I was satisfied as I thought it was a fair price and they did a good job. They were very easy to talk to. They came back because they made the curb way too sharp a turn. So they came back and they filled it in a little bit to make it more of a gradual turn in. The quality was excellent except for that. I'd had to leave, so if I had been there and said something it probably would have been absolutely perfect, so I would use them again.

These guys have it together. They appear to be solid reputable and the quote I received was the best one for the work that he spelled out would require to complete the job. I did not do this work because the costs were just prohibiting in general. I did not have any idea what it costs to get a new driveway. After learning this I would use this contractor for the job based solely on the idea that he was prepared ready and answered my questions with me in person which in great. He made me feel confident that I would be making the right choice and even followed up later that week to check on this quote.

Everything went very well. I stayed to watch everything. They milled out areas in the existing driveway where there were large cracks, to avoid them showing up again. At one point I said I thought the contract said that they would excavate deeper for the gravel base, and they checked the contract and then dug deeper. They had a large crew and good equipment, and I could not believe how quickly they could do everything. A nice set of guys, and they produced very nice results.

They did an excellent. I watched a different company redo the street but it was pretty much the same process. I was very, very pleased with them and several neighbors have also used their services and seemed quite satisfied with him. I haven't heard anything negative. Their price was reasonable and they were very, very good with the way they treated us and spoke with us and they were very courteous. They were very prompt and did the job exactly the way they said they would and they were out of here exactly when they said they would be.
