 + -1 moreWe actually got a call from Customer Support at Kichler Lighting and they sent Bowery Lighting a new Chandelier for us (they said they didn't have our address, or they would have shipped it directly to us). We couldn't be happier with Bowery Lighting and Kichler Lighting. I would recommend them to everyone, the products are great and the service was above and beyond. They stand behind their products which is very rare today !
Description of Work: We purchased a Kichler Chandelier from them and had a problem with it. Greg was very helpful in contacting the company for us and kept me informed of his correspondence every step of the way.
