Description of Work: Appointment made for 10-11 am. Called at 11- was told they did not have my appt on the schedule, was rescheduled for 1-2pm. Called at 3 pm- and ph# is DISCONNECTED! Unbelievable. Weird thing... I had written this company down from this list as having a high grade. Rechecking a 2nd time- now see they have a solid F. Will have to be more careful- probably a good thing no one showed up.

+ 0 moreNeeded two minor things repaired and have been putting it off for a long time fearing bad workmanship, lateness, etc. 9:00 a.m.: Made an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Tuesday morning (First appointment of the day. Hours of operation are 9:00-9:00). 9:20 a.m.: At 9:20, I called to find out the status of his arrival and was told, "He should be there shortly. Our technician's name is Louis." 9:49: I had chosen this company because I read good reviews on the internet which didn't seem like they were written by anyone at the company. However, the plumber is still not here and no one has called. 10:13: The buzzer finally rang, but I was getting ready for work. He called and said, "Hi, this is the plumber. I'm outside your apartment." I said, "Unfortunately, I made the appointment for 9:00 and now I have to go work." These guys might be good, but I wouldn't know because I also need someone who is also on time?especially for the first appointment of the day. This experience has finally made me decide to join Angie's List.
Description of Work: I only needed two minor things repaired, but no services were performed because the plumber showed up 1 hour and 13 minutes after my scheduled appointment and I had to ready for work.
