Will and Matt were responsive from the moment I reached out them. They responded via email within a day and were good about calling back when I left messages. They answered every question I asked because I wasn't sure about this kind of installation. They actually gave me an install date for early July but were able to come even earlier in late June when they got a cancellation. Once onsite, Will was very professional and easy to work with. The job was done that day we were ready to begin building our porch right away. The cost of the job was exactly as they estimated and well within reason for this type of work. Very happy with Techno Metal Post of New York--great working with Will and Matt!

Work took a lot longer than expected due to difficulty in removing the old posts. Better prep. internal communication may have saved them time, but the installer stuck with it without complaint.

I hired Techno Post to install footings for my back deck. I am a DIY and looked at their product as an alternative to digging and pouring footings myself. I didn't think they would work with me as I was building it myself and they seem to be a business-to-business, commercial company. I was wrong. The men came out. and gave me an estimate and then came back for the installation. Both times they were punctual. actually even a little early! The process of installing the posts is very quick. They have a machine that screws them into the ground and then they file the paperwork to the town inspector for me. No on-site inspections are needed as they are pre-certified. The posts also have a special sleeve on them that prevents frost heaving and corrosion. That was a big plus. I was able to build on the posts right away and was very happy with the work. They installed 11 posts in total and were running a promotion at the time that they hadn't told me about earlier - so one of the posts were free. Honest men. They were very kind and patient with me and my family and did not pressure me into making any type of decision. I feel that I made the right choice. I looked at having a contractor do the digging and post work for me as well as another type of post company from a Basement repair company. The Techno Post is a higher quality item for a better price.
