Modish Custom Homes

We were looking to build a vacation home and Chris was very helpful initiating the process. This is our first time building a new home and Chris was very thorough in explaining the process from start to finish. He looked at our lot, guided us through the process and put together a proposal.

I met with Chris for help with designing a rooftop deck. He was very knowledgeable and shared many thing I would not have considered such as materials, direction of the sun and placement of structures for shade, and how to prep for future considerations of power and irrigation. We gave him some rough ideas of what we liked and he ran with it and turned it into a beautiful vision that we couldn’t even imagine. It was well throughout and brought our dream deck to life. It is truly an oasis, a place to go to escape and relax. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Recently, we have reached out again this time about designing and building a home. He was extremely knowledgeable and listened to everything that my wife and I threw at him for what we wanted in a custom home. He provided a great overview with lots of useful information and design considerations. We have decided to put the project on hold for now and definitely plan on using him on the future.
