He was quick, efficient and friendly. The price that he charged was normal. I called him yesterday and didn’t get a response. I called him again this morning and he replied right back. He was doing another job and he came over here afterwards and completed the work in about forty five minutes. It would have taken me three or four days to do the same thing. I am very happy. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

Work was professional, on-time, as scheduled, and as estimated.

It was awesome. He was here for about 5 hours. His price included the parts and the labor. The drilling did not require any parts. He was absolutely great. He came the same day I called within a couple of hours. We thought it was a water heater that had busted. Instead of rushing and changing the water heater we gave it a couple of days to see if it was another problem. It was that, so we didn't have to replace the water heater. We talked about the other issue. He came back the following week and fixed everything. He was super efficient and super pleasant. He was very reasonable. Last time I had an estimate for just the toilet alone, and it was $700.00. We would use him again in the future.

I called Tim after reading the reviews on Angie's List he responded promptly. He took a look at my faucet & informed me that it was covered by a lifetime warranty! He took the time to research the parts needed & called me back with the info . He also supplied with the companies 800 number ! When the parts arrived Tim replaced them for me. I couldn't be happier with the service provided very professional.

He came the same day I called and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He was professional and gave us some tips on updating the bathroom which was quite helpful. I would most definitely use his services again.

Came the day I called, gave a fixed estimate of hourly rate, charged only for time spent. Came back to work on second toilet following week. He clearly explained problem and chose best, least expensive solution.
