+ -1 moreApproximately 3 weeks later, Fox called and stated our items were ready and I arranged to have them deliver them the next week. Everything went well. The products were delivered on the stated date and I am very satisfied with both the potter's bench and the bar table. Both items were very well made. I purchased the items in treated cedar. They are a great addition to our backyard. I plan to order more furniture in the future.
Description of Work: I went to the Buffalo Home and Garden Show on the last day (Sunday, March 18, 2012) and was impressed with the quality of the outdoor furniture on display from Fox Lawn Furniture. At the show, I ordered a potter's bench but wanted a custom size in between the small size and the large size they offered. They were very accommodating and said he could build it the length I needed, so I ordered it on the spot. I also was thinking purchasing a 36" bar table but wasn't quite sure at that point. So my husband and I said we'd like to come out to their business in East Aurora in a couple of weeks to make up our minds and the gentleman stated he would honor the "home show prices" if we should decide to get the bar table. A couple of weeks later, we went out there and looked at all the products and decided to get the bar table, too. They offer delivery for $30 or you can pick up the items yourself.

+ 0 moreIt's very good except for one small problem. The oak had popped off from the body of the bolt and I think it was because it was under stress or tension. I did bring it to their attention, but they haven't repaired it so far. It's not a big deal. It shouldn't be repaired and it's not going to fall down because of it. It would probably cost them $50 or something to replace it. They haven't done anything about it so far, but it hasn't affected the usability of the gazebo either. It's one of the 200 bolts that are used to put everything together. Their price was fair. It's a minor thing, but their quality and responsiveness has fallen down a little bit. They were right on time. Their professionalism was very good.
Description of Work: I had a gazebo built in my backyard by Fox's Lawn Furniture. They installed it in July.

+ 1 moreRon was responsive to my contact. He was on time for his visit and gave wonderful service at an extraordinarily reasonable price.
Description of Work: Repaired previously purchased wooden lawn furniture. I have had this furniture for over 25 years and these are the first repairs that were necessary. Ron came, took my large round table, a bench and a small table. He replaced the necessary boards and delivered the furniture back to my yard.
