Description of Work: They had been recommended by Ryan Homes and when we developed a leak in the basement I called them. The man I talked to was not even interested in coming out to inspect the problem. He told me to buy a de-humidifier! I didn't think that would solve the water problem.

 + -1 moreFor 15 years we put up with water trickling into our basement. There was always a steady stream whenever it rained or the snow melted, which resulted in a mess, in addition to a continual musty smell. We finally decided enough was enough and contracted Dan to install drain tile. He was prompt, personable and very reasonably priced. He explained exactly what he needed to do, how long it would take and what the expected result would be. The work was completed in one day and we have NEVER had another drop of water. I wish we would have found him much sooner than we did.
Description of Work: Installed drain tile around portion of basement.
