Description of Work: Installed ductless AC - American standard, which was a different product than we first discussed. Worked for a short while then stopped cooling. Aaron came back out a couple of times. The system Worked for a short period then stopped. Same scenario the next season. Called again late in summer no response. Tried again spring 2015. Finally got back. Said he was out of town and suggested we call someone else which we did. Working now. Hoping it stays that way. Seemed like a decent guy, price was good, product and follow up were poor.
