Description of Work: Bought trees and shrubs from them and installed them myself.

Description of Work: I wanted to plant some trees in our yard. We have a new home and I wanted to get some trees for Fall planting. We have clay soil and because my development is unfinished we have open fields on 2 sides. So we get significant winds. We planted some things last year we bought at another place but between the heavy winds and clay we had a lot of loss. I was very pleased with the knowledge of the saleswoman at Russells Tree and Shrubs. I told her about the clay soil and heavy winds and she made suggestions on trees that would do well under these conditions. She also pointed out what was on sale. She took the time to go online and showed me what the trees would look like in the summer and when they were fully mature. I ended up purchasing several Baby Blue Spruce trees and a few Crimson King Maples. I am pleased with my trees and the knowledge of their staff. After purchasing the trees I heard about a product you could spray on your trees and shrubs to protect them from the harsh winds. When I went back they knew exactly what I was talking about. We purchased Winter Wilt and will apply it in late November per instructions. I was pleased with my transaction and was happy to have the sale prices.

Description of Work: We needed very large and very flat stone for a walkway. Russell's had the best selection of colors and textures of natural stone that we could find. We bought a tote of flagstones measuring up to 3' x 5'. The resulting walkway is stunning.
