 + -1 moreHORRIBLE!!!! Do not trust these people! They will lie to you to get your money and then not build your house! Hey are in serious financial trouble....dont trust a thing they say!
Description of Work: We worked closely with Patrick on selecting the right floor plan for us while we were searching for a builder to build our new home. They were very accommodating and professional while we were in the contract negotiation phase. We hears from the owner promptly when we had questions. He wold call us any time...even after business hours. Once we signed the contract and handed over our deposit...communication ceased on their end . Our house is at a standstill because Pteick has no money to complete it. The house is supposed to be done in September, and it isn't even framed yet. All of our points of contact have left the company due to it's inevitable collapse. What a nightmare!

 + -1 moreWe rented out the duplex on Sheridan Drive from Patrick Homes. First of all they don't tell you about the extra bills they charge you such as for the garage lights. We even took out the light bulbs for a month and they charged us the same amount! In addition, we moved out over a month ago and are still trying to get out rent deposit returned to us. I stopped by the Patrick Homes office the other day and the receptionist said I am not the first one to have to continually request the money and I still haven't gotten it back yet. This company is not professional and tries to get your money any way they can. Stay away!
Description of Work: We rented out a unit of the Sheridan Dr. duplex owned by Patrick Homes for 6 months.
