+ -1 moreThe people were nice and professional. This store is an authorized apple store. They ordered the battery from apple. They said it would take about a week and it came in 5 days. They called me as soon as it arrived and it took less than 30 minutes to get it done. One thing I did not know was the apple notebooks have a gel battery pack not the old ones that are solid. So apple only allows apple authorized technicians to replace them and send the old one back to apple.
