+ -1 moreAndy was extremely polite, professional and informative. He spent 4-5 hours thoroughly inspecting both homes. The first fell through because the sellers were not willing to make fixes. We happily paid Andy to come to another house we were looking to purchase and he was just as thorough and patient. We got to keep entire books with the descriptions of possible issues and he even have advice on fixes for the issues. The price for all the work he does is extremely reasonable and well worth it. Andy always arrived when he said he would and finished at a specific time quoted. He provides images from the inspection as well and will email all of them to you for review before negotiating fixes. He was also so kind to gather a list of all the issues and email them to my realtor. Working with Andy was wonderful and we highly recommend him to anyone buying a home.
Description of Work: Andy did 2 home inspections for us. 1 for a house we did not purchase and 1 for a house that we are purchasing.
