COUNTERTOP SERVICES

Jack was very professional, takes great pride in his work, very easy to work with. He wasn't happy unless I was happy, everything fit perfectly. Started the job on Monday was finished on Wednesday, would definitely use his service again.

I knew of Counter Top Services but it was Angie's List review that got me to call. From the very start Jack and Diane were pleasant to deal with and very informative. Jack installed my counter top and I couldn't be more pleased. He did an excellent job. I try to do a lot of dyi (I actually did the demo) because it is almost always a nightmare to deal with a contractor, but not Counter Top Services. I will recommend them to my sister.

We cannot say enough good things about Jack & Diane at Countertop Services. There was no pressure to buy, Jack even encouraged us to seek other quotes. Their recommendations were honest and they were careful to take our family make-up (3 young children) into account when giving said recommendation. This couple is so warm and friendly, you'll want to invite them over for dinner! Jack was very thorough in measuring and when he came to install, he was quite the perfectionist. Our countertops are beautiful and we couldn't be happier.

He did a very nice job. It was just a little job. The finished product was installed beautifully. I would recommend them.

Jack did an excellent job from start to finish. He started tear out on Saturday and the job was complete on Thursday. The quality of his work is excellent.

I am extremely satisfied by the service and product. Jack is a true perfectionist and it is visible in his work. His would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! Professional, courteous, and certainly knows the business.

I agonized over the choice of countertop material, and went from big box store to locally owned. I had an unsatisfactory experience with a smaller firm (they came to measure, but forgot to give me the quote - made me feel like they were n't all that interested in me or my project), and went in search of another. (I got a cold feeling in the big box stores.) I walked into Countertop Services, and Diane was there helping other customers...yet till made time for me so I could shop around while she finished up. I have done some measuring and gave her my thoughts on material, and she assured me Jack would set up a time to come out and give me a firm quote. Jack came and spent nearly three hours measuring my kitchen countertop - which is larger than average, I guess you would say. He came back with a quotes for me on granite (Yikes!) and HiMacs. (I considered laminate, until I found it it's not - at all - recommended i you want an undermount sink.) I opted for the HiMacs, and we set a date for installation on a Saturday. He called some time later to say Diane reminded him of a family baptism taking place that day, and asked me if I could do it one week later. He and his brother arrived the agreed upon Saturday and worked from about 9:30 to about 2:15, and measured and shimmed and did everything possible to make the fit as exact as possible. They put down tarps to protect the (new) flooring, and were methodical in their tear down and installation. Jack made sure I was instructed in when to begin using the countertop(next day), tools that came with my garbage disposal, and how my new faucet works (touchless!). The only hiccup was that the following morning, something caused the pipes below the sink to leak. The touchless faucet has a setting where you have the water (technically) running, but touch the neck of the unit to stop the flow. Evidently some setting wasn't exactly right, but Jack returned my call on a Sunday, and stopped over to the house to fix it...which took only a few minutes, but experienced hands.

Countertop Services were great. They are very professional, they did a great job.

I am amazed at how unbusinesslike this business owner seems to be. Keeping promises and returning calls to prospective customers seems fundamental to good business. Each time he failed to contact me as promised, he cost me valuable time that I could have used finding ANOTHER counter-top vendor.
