The price was very fair and the work was done within a day. The truck is working great and I am pleased to have found a place were I can take my truck for repairs that I can trust to be honest and fair.

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job detailing the car inside and out. We has some scratches and paint chips on exterior. They repainted those areas nicely.They washed and waxed the car, vacuumed car very well and scrubbed carpets clean. The car looked almost new when we picked it up! We were very satisfied with the work they did. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so.

 + -1 moreThe service was excellent at Bitterman's. I was a little early for my appoinment but my car was taken immediately. The waiting room is simple but adequate. My car was completed in a reasonable amount of time. With the oil change they also changed my wiper blades which I did not think to mention when I called for the appointment. The car had no stray oil or dirt on it when it was returned to me. Their staff has always been pleasant to deal with.

 + 0 moreThey have done a lot for work us and they are phenomenal. They are just incredible. We would recommend them for their quality of work, great customer service and reasonable prices.
Description of Work: We used the services of Bitterman's Automotive Svc. They worked on our motor home. They did engine work, put new tires and fixed the wipers. They rebuilt a part of the interiors and actually did more than what we asked them to do, just to make it nicer and more finished and they did not charge anything for it.

Description of Work: The bunk over the truck cab of our Class C motor home was completely rebuilt. It was in awful shape, d/t leaks. Bitterman's did a fantastic job of rebuilding it. It took a while, longer than we had initially been told. But in fairness, the technician who worked on it was out with an injury for much longer than he thought he would be. When we told them we really needed it by the July 4 weekend, they came through. They were right on estimate. We have taken the motor home there for routing maintenance also, and have always been satisfied with the work. These guys are good. We certainly recommend them.
