Description of Work: We used Affordable Drainage to basically re-do our entire yard and drainage. Re-grading and seeding our entire 4,900 sq ft backyard and installing several hundred feet of Draintile out to the front of the house, with a few surface drains and picking up our gutters, with a bubbler at the street.

Description of Work: Mark came over to check my basement problem. He seemed to be in a hurry. Did not check things thoroughly. Did not write me out an estimate. Wrote a price for part of the work on a card. Did not spell everything out that he was going to do in writing. I was very disappointed in this company and will not be hiring them. I did not feel comfortable during the whole time that I spent with Mark which was probably about 15 min. and he kept saying he was confused that he didn't understand what I wanted. I just believe he was too in a hurry.

Description of Work: I had water seeping into my basement, so due to Angie's List recommendations, I called Affordable Drainage. I was very pleased to get a return call the same day, and Mark came out that day as well. He showed me where the water was seeping in from the outside ( due to a crack in the foundation). He came back a few days later to repair the damage. The drywall had to be cut out, and the floor dug up in this area. When he was finished, he showed me what he had done, and it was a beautiful job. You would never of known he was there because it was so neat and clean! I was very pleased with the service, the promptness and the overall cleanliness of this process. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: My Parents had passed away and we were getting their home ready for sale. The basement leaked when it rained for years and we needed to fix it before listing the house. We had several estimates. We called Mark Winiecki at Affordable Drainage Co, Inc. because he had done work at my home several years back. We were very pleased with his work then and thought we would call him for this job. We had the basement floor broken around the perimeter in order to install drain tile. The lines installed were pitched to run toward the existing sump pump. Installation of perforated pipe, wash stone and surface grates (for cleanout) was completed. They drilled drainage holes in every chamber of every block for moisture in the walls to drip into the new tile. White sheeting was installed up the wall from the new concrete about 10". The floor was replaced. He also installed the required bubbler system which connected the sump pump to the outside and returned the landscaping to its original condition. Although not part of his regular duties, Mark powerwashed the walls, allowed them to dry and painted the walls. Mark secured the necessary work permits and passed the final inspection by the very picky village plumbing inspector.
