Took almost 2 months to do all this. Left instructions when done in September to call them in spring if any of the flowers died or problems with other items created. In the following May called them to say that several flowers did not make it through the winter and that the vinyl fence needed some adjusting. They replied they would be getting flowers in a couple of weeks and would come and see us then. Heard nothing more from them so called again in June and they called back and said someone had stopped by and looked at problem and they would be working in our area and would take care of the problem soon. Waited until July and called again and they returned the call with the same reply as June. Nothing happened and called again in August but no reply this time. At this time we entered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Then received an email from BBB saying they had written a letter to the company and they got no reply either and that our only option was to take them to small claims court. They were johnny on the spot when they wanted money but were in no hurry to actually do the work.
