Our neighbor spotted at least 3 squirrels entering our attic and recommended Nuisance No More to get rid of them. We got a couple of estimates, but they were hard to compare since the other company wanted to set up humane traps in the attic, while this company felt that all that was needed was to block the access hole during the day when the squirrels were out and about and to trim the tree branches touching our house. We spoke with Dave and his assistant when they were at another neighbor's house and they said they could do the work that day, after finishing our neighbor's job. They found two holes, which they covered with flashing. They also caulked any sizable cracks through which bats could enter the house, since they spotted bat droppings as well. Finally, they trimmed all the branches near our house to make it harder for squirrels (and carpenter ants) to access our house. We liked their demeanor and the quality of their work. The next day, we no longer heard the squirrels scrabbling around above our bedroom. We don't know if $403 is a reasonable charge for this sort of work, but they were there for about 2 hours and 45 minutes.

We had hundreds and hundreds of bats in our attic when we bought the house. They had a humane process where they took bats out without letting them get back in. We had not the bat problem in two years. They did a fantastic job. I have recommended them to several neighbors. They are very reasonable.

It took a bit of phone tag to get in touch with the owner, but from that moment on, everything went great! I'd been researching the topic of bats, so I was pleased that Dave took the time to answer all my questions, showed me where the bats were hanging out in the attic, and explained the whole process. He got got things moving ahead of schedule, was incredibly efficient, effective and polite. His price was much lower than an estimate I received from another local company.
