He did show up, and did try, but seemed amateur. He left a mess, and said he would be back in 11 days. The outlets are installed upside down (not residential standard) with with no covers. And there is still no power in 12 outlets and the garage bay doors are not operating.

Mark did what we asked BUT it has taken way too long from start to finish to complete the electric panel replacement. Started Sept 6 and he still is not done because she has to come back and mark the new panel. I attribute this slow work to the fact that electrical work is not his primary job. He does this work on the side thus the reason we have waited so long for completion. He also does not communicate timely. Has been days since I have heard from him throughout the project. If you want it done quickly, suggest you look elsewhere for your needs.

Mark was the first person to answer our inquiry. He came right out and gave us a quote for the job. His pricing is reasonable and his work is excellent. I have referred him to my sister.

Mark is knowledgeable and dependable. I called him on the weekend about a glitch on one of the jobs he did for me. He was camping with his family two hours away from my house but he answered his phone and offered to come over that night. How many pros have that kind of commitment to their customers??

Mark was the first electrician to respond to us after I visited HomeAdvisor.com. He provided multiple options for us to meet for the project. We had been having an issue with some sections of our house not working and we know it needed some things done to improve the electric before we put it up to sale . Mark began troubleshooting the problem and was able to identify and fix the issue. This was great news since we had someone else look at it earlier who could not figure it out. As it turned out, we had a faulty outlet in the master bedroom that was wired through the attic instead of straight up from the basement. Problem solved and a big weight off our shoulders. After Mark replaced the outlet, he also diagnosed and solved an issue with our dining room light. The dimmer switch was shot. Mark also made some reasonable recommendations for us to upgrade our circuit breaker panel, and we are going to have him do that. The price was reasonable for all that he was doing (including re-routing the sump pump line to ensure it is in code). I will use Mark and MZ Electric for all of our future electrical service needs and recommend him with confidence to anyone I know.

Mark was quick to respond to my inquiry and communicated well all answers to my questions. He responded quickly, fixed my meter box promptly and was pleasant to deal with. Would have no hesitation to use his services again, should the need arise.
