Description of Work: They came promptly. Got samples of the pests and sent them for analysis. Then I did not hear from them for 3 weeks. In the meantime, I had to find other resource to complete the job. After 3 weeks, they called and apologized that this fell through the cracks.

+ -1 moreSo far it has been a great experience. They are courteous and professional. We are located between Seneca & Cayuga lakes (Trumansburg area) and they are happy to come to our area. The carpenter ant treatment was successful and Baker's staff is great at explaining what they are doing, how to minimize any hazards, etc. The price for the yearly contract seems reasonable (i.e., less than what friends in Ithaca pay Erlich's for the same deal). They are a family run business with deep local roots. I'm really glad I found them.
Description of Work: We called them for a carpenter ant problem. In order to service us they wanted to set up a yearly contract, which we realized we needed in any case (for carpenter ants, carpenter bees, wasp nests, etc). So far they've treated the carpenter ants (successfully) and done one full-house Spring treatment on the exterior of the house, plus one extra visit to deal with a wasp nest at no charge (per the terms of the service agreeement).
