+ -1 moreClassy act. Came to the house claiming he had a truck load of surplus material nearby and could replace the gravel in my driveway cheaply. Threw a cigarette butt into the yard as he left.
Description of Work: Didn't need work. They cold-called. Seemed like a scam I've seen before.

+ -1 morethey are a fly by night GYSPY outfit. DO NOT USE THEM.
Description of Work: high pressure and did not prepare the surface as it should have been. did not pave 10ft. wide and 4 in. deep which i was told it would be. the final price was $900 more then the estimate.

Description of Work: They were prompt & courteous but they did approach me with an unsolicited offer to do only a small area of my large circle driveway because they had left over asphalt from a previous job. Seemed to be true, I was suspicious but couldn't find anything detrimental to them & they were local & decided to take a chance & let them do the whole driveway which they did in one day. Then I had some issues & called them & they came right away to address the issues & did so appropriately.

+ -1 moreTerrible! These people are "driveway gypsies" that go door to door claiming to have asphalt leftover from a job, offering what seems a discount rate ($2/sq. ft). I specifically made certain that they really meant per SQUARE foot, not cubic, in other words a 10' x 10' section = 100 sq. ft. = $200, regardless of thickness. "Mike" heartily agreed, but when the dust settled they charged triple that amount, explaining that a square foot was 12 x 12 x 1, and that it was 3" deep! After all was done and said, we had a substandard blacktop driveway with multiple low spots and ripples that will not last. The number they gave goes to a voice mail that is never returned. They are not registered with the Schenectady County clerks office. BEWARE- DO NOT USE THESE CHEATS!
