 + -1 moreThe work was well planned and performed professionally. Mike is top notch professional who knows everything about electrical Construction. Mike's office staff was very helpful in dealing with the utility. The utility had difficulty locating my service records and his staff was able to work that out efficiently and quickly. The work was done correctly the first time and passed inspection without any qualifications, allowing the utility to get my power back as quickly as possible given the timing of the accident.
Description of Work: My overhead electric power lines were damaged by a large truck on a Friday with temperatures in the single digits. I called Gentech emergency power since I have used them before for non-emergency work. I also had called the utility who then disconnected me from the grid. Mike and his staff responded quickly and helped me get my generator set up and connected to power my house for the very cold weekend. On Monday, he was there to perform all the repair work required by the utility, who then came and restored my power that same day.
