Description of Work: we provided all wiring and 20k generator. they did complete install. removed all old 60+yrs electric boxes and install 40 space breaker panel. major rewire for panel area. work done in less than 1 1/2 days

Description of Work: They installed a Kohler 20kw Generator and 2oo amp service rated transfer switch. We supplied the generator. The two installers worked 8 to 5 one on the outside and one on the inside. They notified me when ever the power would go off. They did very good work everything was neat and cleaned. We had an inspector come in today and he said it was one of the best jobs he has seen.

+ -1 moreI found Mike Hebert through Angie's List. The business is now called Gentech Emergency Power. I had just moved in to my home (1950s ranch) and needed new fixtures installed, old fixtures removed and the kitchen rewired so I could plug in multiple appliances without blowing a fuse. I later needed to add additional service to my electrical panel to support central a/c. Mike and his employee Brett, did good work. They addressed each repair in a professional and competent fashion. A few minor complaints... I like when contractors start and finish a project in one day or a series of days. Mike would do some work, then go to another job, then come back, so a three day project stretched in to three weeks or more. I also would have preferred better patching of holes and clean up after each day's work was done. But the most important piece, the electrical work, was excellent, and I would use them again.
