We love the service they gave us putting it in. We use them for everything. We use them for heating too. They come every year and check our heating. Many years ago, they installed a furnace. We just like the professionalism they show. I can trust them and I have a lot of faith in them when they tell me something. When they do the work, they do it very neatly. He paid a lot of attention to making sure everything is done real neat when he installed the tubing and stuff. It's all tied and bundled up. There's nothing hanging down. It's very neatly done and I like that. Sometimes when people put things in, they just kind of saw it together. It still works, it's just that it doesn't look good. He does it both that it works and it looks very neat. That's actually why we went with him. The ductless air conditioners require a channel outside the wall to where they're mounted. I've seen a lot of work done by others, we looked at it before and we put it off because everything we saw was ugly looking outside. All this duct work outside running all over the place, these channels and stuff. It looked really bad. He does a very neat job. People don't really notice the ducts outside. They actually look a lot like downspout from your gutters. Our neighbors are happy with that because they sees your house too. They have to look at it, in fact, they probably look at the outside more than I do. He spent a lot of time with me making sure that we understood what's going to happen. I just like the job he did. The units he use are very quiet. Our neighbor got central air conditioning and I can hear their air conditioner come on. When I'm sitting in my yard, I can't hear my air conditioning come on. You had to really look for the fans on them to see if it was really running. The inside ones are also very quiet. You don't even know they're there. His price was good. His worker are very conscientious. Every time they come into the house, they took their shoes off outside. They're very good and professional at what they do. We were really happy with them. It was a good price. They were ahead of schedule all along. They get things exactly like they said they were going to. They were very responsive. They were here everyday they said they were going to be when they said they were going to be. They had some truck problem one day so only one of them was able to show up. He was here and started to work and the other one showed up soon after. I've known him for 15 years now.
