 + 0 morePerfectly. Deen is expert, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, personable, reasonably priced, timely & goes out of his way to do little, extra things. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of his work & personality for doing this work on my windows. He also did a lot of reupholstery perfectly. I think he's the BEST!
Description of Work: Made two pairs of floor length drapes, 3 roman shades & reconfigured old drapes for different windows. He installed all hanging equipment and hung everything.

 + -1 moreDean arrived at my house at time agreed to, to measure couch and loveseat and collect fabric. He suggested new seat cushion inserts as the ones I had were 30 years old and had had it. Slipcovers would be finished in 3-4 weeks. As promised, Dean arrives again on time to deliver and put slipcovers on and to make adjustments, etc. The workmanship is excellent. I was so happy to see that buying the seat cushion cover inserts really made a huge difference in appearance and feel. Of course, I will continue to use Dand N for future upholstery and such projects.

Description of Work: Dean helped us choose material. He came to our house several times with swatch books. He also reupholstered pillows & piano seat. He was always responsive to calls. He was always professional and pleasant to talk to. He was always prompt, and work was done on time. He took pride in his work, and it was a great job. The sofa looks like new. He even polished the wooden legs. (P.S. This review is late in coming because I got a new job right after that and haven't had a lot of time to do it, but he was so good, I didn't want to negkect to do it once I had few moments.) I would recommend him and use him again.
