+ -1 moreAll went well, very personable, however my wife called him the next day with with some questions. He became very annoyed that she has such an old iPhone and not upgraded. He was plainly rude. Too bad because he lives a mile or two from us. I can't use a technician you can't ask questions.
Description of Work: He replaced the monitor and helped my wife with her Apple computer. He also connected our devices to our wireless router.

+ -1 moreHe is intelligent, easy to talk to and worked very efficiently. I am so glad to have located him through Angie's list. He is a rare bird in the field.
Description of Work: The monitor on my Dell PC went blank. Since I couldn't tell if it the fault of the monitor or a card within the computer, I called Crest. He came right away (lives a couple of miles away), tested the card, then installed his loan monitor. I ordered a new monitor and he came to install it immediately. |

+ -1 moreIt took about 2 hours. The guys were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They helped me with my IPOD and the location of our new wireless modem. It was well worth the money and I didn't have to do any of the crawling around under the desk.
Description of Work: We were relocating an office in our house. We wanted professionals to move and set-up the computer, modem, printer and new external hard drive as well as do an overall clean up on the system

+ -1 moreIT WAS VERY POSITIVE. THEY QUICKLY CLEARED UP THE PROBLEM. I HAD NOT RESEARCHED OTHER COMPANIES, BUT IT FELT EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND.
Description of Work: I HAD JUST GONE ONTO DSL, AND DOWNLOADED A VIRUS. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND THE VIRUS AND GET MY COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING. THEY ALSO INSTALLED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.

+ -1 moreCREST DOESN'T SPEND ANY TIME MESSING WITH THE HOURS THEY PUT IN OR THE WORK. THEY START WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY'RE EFFICIENT, AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Description of Work: OUR COMPUTER CRASHED, AND THEY BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE. IT WAS DEAD AND NOT RESPONDING TO ANYTHING, AND THEY FIXED IT.
