Ordered a cord of wood after Easter figure use for the fire pit over the summer and rest for our wood burning fireplace. It was delivered on time, but that's about it. The wood is wet have tried several times let it sit out in sun with no cover when not raining and it's still wet. When we called they said it was greenhouse and it's not. I called spoke to a manager apparently they leave it out this time of year well if we would have known that would never have purchased it now. Not happy at all...

Prianti was quick, courteous and professional. They took payment over the phone and had the mulch delivered to my home within 3 hours. Driver separated the order into two separate piles as requested. Very pleased!

The service was fine. It was just the quality of the topsoil that's a little lacking.

Prianti Farms Inc. is always good. I liked their prompt delivery and their reasonable prices.

Wood is inconsistent with respect to how dry it is. They claim it is seasoned but ~50% of the time it does not burn despite ample fire-starters.

The ordering process was simple and professional. The order taker did not ask about stairs and did ask about where the wood should be stacked. I told them in my backyard. The delivery came on time but the delivery people refused to take the wood up any stairs and then insisted I pay them $45 per step. This back and forth discussion lasted 15 minutes until I spoke with their dispatcher. This person told me (for the first time) that they would not deliver up any stairs unless I paid an additional $45 per stair. This was a non starter with me, so I have them move my firewood rack and put it in my driveway by my garage. The stacked the wood on the rack in the driveway. The worst part of this experience wasn't event the delivery. The wood was not cured so it is not burning well. It is still wet and smokes when I try to light it in my fireplace. I would not recommend them based on low quality of product and service.

They were prompt and the service was excellent. The delivery guy let out the mulch in small mounds because we needed a lot. The guy really made a point to disperse in small mounds so we could spread it easier. The service was very good. They did it quickly and for a competitive price.

Wood delivered was wet. It is difficult to burn. When placed in my woodburning stove I see steam rising from the wood. I don't believe it was seasoned.

I called to get an appointment and had one within 5 days. They came while I was at work. I left a check for them. They stacked all the wood. I ordered a double amount and left two bags of kindling, which were free.

THEY ARE A RELIABLE COMPANY AND ARE GREAT. THEY CALLED BACK WHEN WE CALLED THEM ABOUT A PROBLEM. THEY CAME PROMPTLY WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY KEPT THEIR TIME LINE. THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I USED THEM.
