G. L. Olson, Inc. is a fifty-eight year old family owned and operated full service general contractor, located in Chautauqua County, (western most county in New York State). We have successfully completed a wide array of projects with particular emphasis on private commercial projects, custom homes, and major renovations. We strongly believe our attention to detail on every project, cooperation and willingness to work with owners, architects, and designers under a large variety of situations, and continual high quality of work is what seperates us from other contractors. We have an experienced crew of skilled craftsmen and mechanics. G.L. Olson has received many compliments on the quality of their craftsmanship, conduct, and the pride we have in our own work. We understand it is our most important asset to have the right people working with us. G.L. Olson, Inc. has a very experienced group of project and office supervisors. They provide dedicated attention to their individual projects and serve as valuable resources to assist with issues and problem solving that might arise on other projects.

Smooth, great experience.
Description of Work: G.L. Olson renovated our house that was built around 1870. They essentially stripped it down to it's shell, insulated it & rebuilt it. They replaced the entire electrical system & most of the plumbing. There were many complicated issues in reconstructing this old house. They took it in their stride. Bill Kiendl was their man in charge of our project. It's hard to describe in words how great he was. His skill & creativity are amazing. The quality of his work was impeccable.
