 + -1 moreOverall, I have really enjoyed working with Beverly, Mark and their crew from Royal Pools. It's obvious that Mark is very knowledgeable, and he and the workers have completed the jobs quickly, yet thoroughly. I also appreciate Mark's willingness to answer all of our questions, and his honesty. The one negative to this service is that it's "hit-and-miss" with respect to answering and/or returning your phone calls. When you DO get through, Beverly is quite pleasant and easy to work with...though it's often tough to get a specific time for your service (because it depends on how long the crew's other jobs that day will take). Being a new pool owner and having ZERO experience with other pool services, I don't know if this is a "flaw" in Royal Pools' operation, or if this is just standard and a part of this type of business. Despite that, we have been more than satisfied with their service, and will definitely hire them again in the future.
Description of Work: We have used Royal Pools multiple times-first, to help us open and clean our pool (we're first-time pool owners) and then at the end of the season to close the pool.

Description of Work: My boyfriend and I are considering buying a house that has an in-ground pool. Mark from Royal Pools had previously done work on this particular pool, so we asked him if he'd be willing to come out and take a look at it for us. The pool has been closed for years, and we were concerned about the type and cost of work that would need to be done in order to get it up and running again. Mark took time out of his busy schedule to meet us at the pool at a time that was convenient for us. He thoroughly explained the work that had previously been done, as well as what we will need to do. | |The toughest part of working with Royal Pools was just getting a hold of them, but once we did, it was well worth the effort. They are pleasant, professional, and organized, and we will continue to use their service in the future.
