Efficient, professional ? excellent. The crew of six showed up and worked with lightning speed. They took care of a lot of furniture in a very large house in less than three hours and moved everything in without one bit of damage. Very Quick, professional and extremely reasonably priced

Left phone message approximately a month ago requesting a moving estimate. Received no response. Submitted a detailed list online on April 28 for estimate as requested on their website. Still no response.

Moving is hard, but these guys make it look effortless! The crew was well directed, and everyone was moving...no one standing around at all. Great guys, great service, excellent leadership!

They moved our furniture from our old house to our new apartment in less than 3 hours. Extremely efficient Four man team worked together and were very pleasant

When I called for an estimate, Zito's requested a list of anything that would not be boxed which would set the price on top of which I would pay $1 per box/tote. I sent the list and received a prompt phone call back the next day with the quote. Their quote was $1845 (which would not change no matter what) plus boxes (actual count when I moved: 80). They would be making the move with two trips in a smaller truck. This move was for the contents of a 3-bedroom apartment--unboxed materials did NOT include any appliances, washer/dryer, bicycles, oversize entertainment centers, bedroom sets, or pianos. The only assembly/disassembly required--included in the quote--was for one queen-sized bed frame and one desk. The move was from a third-floor apartment to a second floor apartment, no elevators, in the Elmwood Village area of Buffalo. Other than the $1/box, the pricing procedure is completely opaque. I was surprised that they made the estimate solely on customer-supplied description rather than an in-home estimate. I was told it was so high because of the move from the 3rd floor. The review guidelines say not to grade price if the service was not actually performed, but I would give it an and quot;Fand quot; if I could. When they called to follow up to see if I wanted the move performed by them I informed them of the difference in price between their estimate and the next highest and said I would be going with an hourly company. The response was not professional, as at that point they disparaged hourly places as stalling to make the work last longer.

They arrived promptly and went out of their way to help me assemble a desk that had to be taken apart. I would highly recommend them.

It was Fabulous!!!.. From the time I talked to them on the phone to the last item moved.. They took care with every item I had. The 3 guys that came out were so nice and took time to help me put the items were I wanted them.. They just don't drop the item and leave. They put every item where I wanted it. The guys were very professional and worked so fast. I do not have one compliant.

The service was excellent, the staff professional and courteous, and the schedule precise. The staff worked diligently and cohesively. I was really impressed not only with the care they took with each item in the house, but also the efficient and effective way they communicated with one another to ensure their own safety and the safety of our belongings. They asked many questions with various pieces of furniture to be sure it was where we wanted it. They took great care of everything. They worked quickly but never carelessly. The additional pickup of boxes was well-coordinated. The entire move took them from about 9 am until 4 pm, and they never stopped moving except for a 45-minute, well deserved lunch break. It is very clear to us that this an experienced operation that is concerned with quality and reputation more than their bottom line. The owner, Lou, was considerate and professional when negotiating the price, and there were no surprises or added fees. Payment options were flexible through cash, check, or any credit card via PayPal. The job boss who arrived on scene, Lou's son Joe, was polite, clearly experienced, and ran a very tight ship with his employees. It is obvious that the employees of Zito movers are held to a high standard and take pride in quality work. I will be referring others to this business with a strong endorsement. Thank you to Lou, Joe, and your staff for a truly excellent service.

Initially, everything started off fine. They were polite on the phone and while we ended up playing phone tag quite a bit because of my schedule, they were always prompt in trying to get a hold of me. We changed the move date once because we ended up needing to do some work in the house first and they were accommodating. The day we were to move, there was some confusion about when the move would start. I thought I was given a half hour window for their arrival and when that passed, I called to find out what was going on and was told that it was actually a 2 hour window. That struck me as odd, since we had quite a bit to move and the window was 11-1pm. I was told they were finishing another job and then would come to us and it would be closer to 1pm. When 1pm came and went without them arriving, or a phone call, I started to get pretty perturbed. I waited a bit longer and called the office. I left a message asking what in the world was going on, as I had a 3 month old at the time and was going to have to deal with the move alone (my husband was at work) and the later it got was going to interfere with bedtime, etc. By 2pm I still hadn't heard back and I decided I had had enough. I called the other company that had given me an estimate and rescheduled my move with them. When I finally spoke with someone from Zito's, she was very nice and polite, but the response I got was simply unacceptable. I was told they got tied up with a move for a senior citizen and that sometimes those situations require extra care and sensitivity essentially. She told me that as soon as she heard my message about my situation with my son she called back to try to remedy things. While I appreciate that, it really should have made no difference - I was to be a paying customer nonetheless...if I wasn't going to be alone and didn't have a baby to manage at the same time did my move somehow matter less? Regardless of my personal situation they should have arrived when they said they were going to, and when it was clear they weren't going to make that deadline they should have called to inform me. I certainly shouldn't have been waiting an hour after my window had elapsed to even hear from someone. She asked about rescheduling and I told her thanks, but no thanks as I had too bad an opinion about how everything was handled that day to want to do business with them.

I just loved working with these guys! They were prompt, worked fast and were very efficient. They were real pros and Nick and his team knew just how to maneuver pieces to fit them through our tight doorways. They took lots of care in making sure everything was covered and positioned every piece exactly where I wanted it to go - even making sure things were centered on walls and looked just right. Not only were the great to work with they were fun too!

FAST FAST FAST The crew arrived and immediately went to work while the crew chief and I discussed what items went where. Very fast and very efficient. I had used Zito only to move my large items, of which I had many. I moved some small items and many boxes myself. Next time I will have Zito move everything.

Zito Movers was recommended to me by a friend and were very courteous and helpful when I called them to arrange for my move. They arrived on time and were very thorough. They did have to disassemble an office desk that I had for years and it wasn't easy but they were very patient. It was a very pleasant move. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local moving company.

I was given a quote over the phone after giving all the items I wanted to move and the final amount was just above the given estimate. I paid extra for them to take my 55and quot; tv which I was going to move myself but they guaranteed it against damage. I also paid $1 for each cardboard box I wanted moved which I thought was a good deal.

On Moving day, Zito's Guys came out on time and went to work and were able to have us moved in a surprisingly short amout of time. Then they went off to move another family. Very professional and very skilled. They moved very, very large cabinets into areas that seemed impossible. Definitely will call them on my next move

On 1 October I emailed a list of specs for my move requesting a quote. They called and advised they would contact me with a quote. I made two follow-up calls for quote and never received a call back.

Process was excellent. Being a tenant eviction, the process was difficult for me to tell them what date the move would take place, since it had to be coordinated with the police department. The owner at Zito totally understood and said we'd be fine and they would adjust if need be. If I need something like this again, I would not hesitate to call them again for their services.

The person giving the estimate missed the appointment with no call. Was able to come later that day and examine the house. A week later we still have not received the estimate. Very surprised because we had heard glowing praise from others and they were rated very highly on Angie's List.

They may not be your cheapest option but they would be very hard to beat on professionalism. They arrived on time. They made excellent use of the space on the truck with everything protected and secured. The load was balanced in the truck. They roped off the three deliveries. They were very careful and very fast. Everything arrived unscratched and unbroken. (I drove about 500 miles including very rough stretches of road.) If you care about your stuff, you need more than strong backs to load a moving truck. Zito is a family business and these guys really knew what they were doing.
