generator service
+ -1 moreI would not call them again for service. I called another guy who came out and actually fixed the problem.
Description of Work: We were having a problem with the generator not starting so they came out to diagnose it and service it. The guy simply changed the spark plugs that had already been changed two days before, and he did not fix the problem.

Description of Work: We used TRS to install our central air conditioning after we built a house. We saved a ton of money by going through TRS rather than our builder and it was the exact same product. We did have a warranty issue with our unit about a year later and TRS was very responsive and handled the warranty work with no issues.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said that they were going to. They were efficient with the installation. They provided us with in depth instructions and made sure to go over all of our questions. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.
Description of Work: TRS Heating & Air Conditioning installed a humidifier for my furnace and a blower for my fireplace.

+ -1 moreWE emailed TRS early in the morning and they returned a call soon afterwards. They arrived by 8AM and were done by 9AM. The serviceman was very concerned about cleanliness and was friendly. He finished quickly.
Description of Work: TRS Heating & Air Conditioning cleared our blocked pipes.
