Poor communication between the guys at our house and the contact at the office who we received the quote from and explained the scope of the work. Also have noticed a few issues with the molding in the months since the work was completed. The issues must be the result of poor measurments and not bothering to fix it. They are a good company for very small jobs.

They did a fantastic job and the owner Tom stopped by himself to see what work was accomplished and our satisfaction with the job. Would absolutely recommend that you call these guy's first when you need something done around your house.

They did not return phone calls.

I didn't go with them at the end. I was not impressed with the guy who came to do the estimates. He was a little pushy. Their price was a little too much and they took their time to give me estimate. I had to call back twice to get an estimate from them.

Very professional salesman. Checked into their product and it seemed quite good. We decided not to switch out the few windows we were going to replace because they wouldn't match what we have and we were afraid it would be a bad idea. BUT we will call them about a future kitchen remodel. We liked the salesman, and some of the details he shared about the company.

Went ok the first time. I had to call with some concerns and they were able to come out and complete the job to my standards.

He caulked it.

After several adjustments and reviews between the City, Architect, and Builder, the process finally started, and I could not be happier with the end result. As an avid renovator and DIY dreamer, I was extremely reluctant to outsource this project. However, due to the scope and sheer magnitude, I knew this was well beyond my capabilities and skill set. I hired Schuster Construction based on a referral, some on-line research, and the fact that they advertise a 'deck building' company on their website. It was hard enough to find a true deck Builder that would build in the City of Buffalo. All in all, Schuster exceeded my expectations and crafted a product that will out last my house in a tornado! The design, quality, and integrity are simply perfect. At the same time, the Salesman (Adam) and Project Manager (Matt) were nothing but professional, as was their team of skilled craftsmen. My wife and I were so pleased with their work, we ended up hiring them to side the entire back of the house, the 100 year old soffit vents surrounding the house, and install a new 36and quot; door off the deck. They get an A++ grade in our book, and I look forward to hiring them for the next job.

Workers arrived on schedule. They were all friendly and polite. Very knowledgeable too. The supervisor Tom was on site several times over the two days reviewing the work progress with me. Tom also gave me sound advice regarding future roofing work I'm considering. The price of the work was fair and equal to the estimate given. They also did an additional small roof repair to my second story addition while they were here at nominal cost. I would absolutely hire this company again in the future.

Schuster Construction kept in contact with us. They did the job in a timely manner. If they were in the neighborhood they'd check up. The architectural shingles they used look very nice.
