Great! Very quick and efficient! Did a great job with installation and it’s been so hot I expected to wait for installation, but he got me in next day! It’s been up and running for a few weeks now! Very happy.

I needed to have my 26 year old air conditioner checked and serviced. Jacob Klink came to my house on time, answered all my questions and cleaned and serviced the unit. I also arranged for Premier Heating to service my furnace and air conditioner annually going forward. I thought the price for the annual service is very reasonable. Overall, great job!

He did a good job and was very quick. But he did not present me with an itemized bill before collecting the money. I did receive it promptly by email after he left, but I wish he had gone over it with me. I initially thought the price was way too high, but realized after reading the bill that the bulk of the cost was for parts. The labor cost was reasonable. I would use them again, but next time I'm going to ask more questions.

MY HEATING FURNACE WENT DOWN IN THE RECENT -8 DEGREES WEATHER. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND MY FURNACE WAS RUNNING IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I paid with a card but never got a receipt. He was supposed to email it but that did not happen.

Jake of Premier Heating & Cooling provided repair service to me. He arrived earlier than expected which was great because I had no heat. He found that a wire in my boiler was not functioning correctly. Electricity was being pulled away from my boiling instead of going to my boiler. This caused my radiators not to heat up for an entire night. My house was freezing. Jake fixed the problem and was in and out in 30 minutes or less. I purposely waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if anymore boiler problems occurred. I have had no problems at all. I am happy with the service I received from Premier Heating & Cooling.

Jake came the following day right on time. He resolved the issue and inspected the boiler. He recommended something to do for next year to keep it working well for another 10 years. Professional, clean, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable. A+
