Subsequent to the repair visit, a continuance of the problem, and personally being a pretty technical individual, I researched the problem further and believe that the cause of the problem was assumed, but not actually remedied. Given the $195 invoice for less than an hour of service time on task, I am hesitant to call back for fear of further money out of pocket for perhaps continued problems not being fixed.,

Service person arrived early. He was efficient, knowledgeable and finished the furnace service in short order. Along the way, he made suggestions for the future, cleaned and adjusted the furnace and said he would return the next morning to replace the filter (an upgrade to the furnace), which he did.
