If I could rate Premier with 10 stars I would. I called Premier looking for solutions to my 1953 home’s mess of original ductwork and furnace system, as well as having A/C installed. After calling other contractors, I gave Jake from Premier a call. I’m very happy with the result. He quickly and very professionally got the work done, walking me through every step of the process. The end result was clean, efficient, and the most reasonably-priced result I could have possibly found. This is an HVAC business that you will be thrilled with calling if you need any work done. Filled out a request on Angie's List and Jake called right away. Came out to the house, attempted to diagnose a problem, but the problem was not fixed. Our AC was not blowing out cool air. We were charged for him to hose off the condenser unit using my hose, and check the refrigerant levels. Neither solved the problem whatsoever, but we were still charged, despite this not resolving a problem. He did correct some wiring that was wrong. When he left, the cool air was working, but nothing that he did actually made sense to me, in terms of correcting the problem. Within a day or two, the problem returned. I should have called to tell him that it needed to be serviced again, but after already being charged a diagnosis fee for what I feel was a mis-diagnosis, and being charged about $300 for things that did not actually fix the problem I called about, I was afraid to call again out of fear that I would be charged again for further mis-diagnosis. I called a different company and within about 5 minutes, they told me what the problem was and fixed it for less than the entire cost of Jake's charge, which failed to permanently fix the problem. After the fact, I did speak to Jake, but failed to see eye to eye on this.

Jake was great, prompt and professional. He got the job done and gave us good feedback on how to prevent issues with our equipment in the future.

Great experience with Premier HVAC. Premier's solution was to offer a heat and central air into our home using multiple zones (zone controllers) which could be controlled independently. So not only did we add heat to out attic, we also were able to add air conditioning to both the attic space and second floor living space of the home. Registers and returns were installed strategically to also pull warm air from the first floor into the system, to assist in residual cooling of the main floor of the house without having to tare open walls throughout the entire house. Premier was efficient, kept the dust and mess contained, and competitively priced. Jake at premier was prompt and completed the job exactly as described. Along the way, Jake was even able to provide suggestions for insulating the space in a manor that would maximize the benefits of the HVAC system, and even prolong its life.

The job took time to diagnose and get parts, but despite three trips to get them, everything was install and working within 5 hours. Price seemed high, but next day service was included.

Googled and clicked. Called the number listed and Jake, the owner answered right away. I told him the problem and asked "how much to come out and when?" He gave me the service call price and said about a half hour. Jake showed up as promised. He told me what the problem was and gave me a few options. He quoted a $500 repair price. I said do it. He went for the parts, finished the work in less than an hour and then said. "I over estimated. The parts didn't cost as much. It's only $360." I was shocked! I was totally impressed with Jake, his professionalism and his wealth of knowledge. I have two boilers in the house that are due for replacement. He gave some excellent advice on replacing both boilers AND the hot water tank with ONE high efficiency system and I asked for a quote. He gave me an excellent price, provided brochures and explained all the benefits. It may not seem too important but he pulled up in his brand new service vehicle. I was not embarrassed to have it in my driveway. I would highly recommend Premier Heating! 5 Stars!
