They did an excellent job!

Arrived within the time frame indicated. Quickly evaluated the problem. Had the parts on his truck. Provided simple preventive maintenance. Gave instructions for oiling motors.

We were very happy over all. They recommended a great system*. Dick was great, so are all the office people and on call service guys that helped get us up and running. The system was finished and the weather was too hot to run the heat. When winter came the guys were great in helping us getting it fine tuned. We also had an issue that was under factory warranty. They were great on getting that resolved and fixed ASAP. My real issue was with one of the installers. He just was lacking in follow thru and just didn't seem to care. I think some of the need to call the service guys later on was because of him. I also had to clean up after him when it came to the basement area of the install. Maybe my general contractor had me spoiled with clean up. I would really have given the company a B+ because of him, but it is not a choice. so I gave them an A so as not to penialize everyone else. My only remaining concern was that we may have over heated one room with too much baseboard and now have no way of backing off the heat in that area. We laughingly called it sommerville this past winter. We had up graded our insulation to spray foam in that particualar area and I don't think that was taken into consideration with the amount of baseboard that was installed. I realize foam is fairly new, but it is a much more effective insulator than anything else... *We purchased an expensive system ~98% efficient.~ that seems to be well worth it. our gas bill was down 50% from the previous year. We use gas for heat, water, dryer and cooking. Family of 5, the house always has someone home so we rarely set the thermostat back.

Wrate is so amazing. The price is reasonable. They stay until the job is done. He's a great guy. It's a family owned business.

The job went very well. They were very professional. We had called them for another issue and one of the supervisors came out to look at the issue. They discussed the plan with us. We thought we were going to have to have a much larger job done and it turned out just to be a whole house humidifier which meant that we didn't have to spend as much as we initially thought. They didn't try to sell us any service that was not really required. We would highly recommend them.

Exceeded our expectations.

They knew what they were doing. I knew what I wanted. They came in and they talked it over with me. They were very professional. They had it done in one day. They did a real good job and I am very fussy. My daughter had them. They went to her house and put one in her house.

M J Frick is excellent. They arrive on time and don't leave a huge mess. They are always very courteous. They do charge a little much but you pay for what you get.
