Wow - I recognize how difficult it is to hire a contractor. I was very concerned about whether a quality job would be performed, about whether the contractor would respect my house and property (for example - cigarette butts in my yard, etc.) and whether I would get value for the money being spent. I could not have been more pleased with Roger and the work performed by him and his team. Roger completely understood the stress homeowners have with contractors. Roger treated my house as though it was his own - he treated it with great respect. Roger kept be updated throughout the process, he kept my house clean and the end product was more than what I expected. I would hire Roger for any future work that I would have and I would be glad to speak to any future homeowner considering Roger. FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!

We could not be happier with the result! Roger’s work was first rate — and our project was difficult. His communication with us was amazing — something that’s often hard to find with a contractor. We always knew when he was going to be here, what the status of the project was, and what was coming up. He did everything he promised in the time that he promised it would be finished. I’m sure we will be contacting him again in the future for other work! We highly recommend him for any work!

Roger did an awesome job on our family room that had water damage on the ceiling and walls. He also wired and installed a new ceiling fan. He’s efficient and very knowledgeable in many areas. He keeps in touch with you through out the entire process via text. He takes the time to send a text when he’s on his way every day that your your on his schedule . Very caring person that takes pride in his work! I would recommend him with the 5 stars I gave him. He’s our new go to repair and or remodeling guy!

Roger is communicative, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He completed a large-scale renovation in my living room and dining rooms, tearing down old plaster walls and ceiling, installing new drywall, canned lighting, new flooring, and trim. Great, Roger was very communicative throughout the whole process. He helped to replace and other tub and old tile with a new soaker tub and vinyl surround. Would absolutely recommend!

Roger trouble shot and repaired lights in my garage, and even found a potential fire hazard. He was prompt, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him and hire him again!

I had deck stairs that were falling apart. I called Nickel City Repair and the next day Roger was out and built beautiful new steps. He was honest, efficient and got the job done. Thank you!

3 weeks later and the work was never completed.

Called and spoke with Roger who I asked to give me a quote. He asked me to send him pictures and that he would give me a quote based on those. I said I would prefer to meet him at the work site and have him actually see what I needed done. He said OK and asked that I email him the address and particulars and that he would get back to me and set up a time for the following week. I did as requested but never heard from him. I called and texted a view times more but he never responded. Edit: I submitted a previous review and Roger responded that he didn't get an address but he did. I still have the text on my phone that I sent him.

Roger was professional and easy to work with. He provided an accurate quote and performed the work in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and will certainly be using their services for future projects.

Roger was a delight to work with. He built a deck for me and painted my living room. He does amazing work!!
