Incompetent , requested specific items to be changed to our roof that were left out they had to go back and add them in , I wrote down my email address and she miss placed it sent documents to wrong address delaying construction of my home and I had contractors waiting to start my job costing me additional expenses, would never use them again

Prompt courteous service. Town never questioned one single drawing prepared by Mark Dean/AJ. We made a few modifications and Mark prepared the new drawings without an additional cost, prepared letters to the town and everything went smoothly. Contractors, construction workers and "People in the know" commented on the detailed/precise drawings and were very impressed If you want the job done right, this is the guy to hire.
