Not well-it rained later that night-the sealer was so thin it washed away and splashed up on my garage doors, house, and ran onto my garage floor. Now I get water and flooding in my garage!! This is over $5000 damage to my house!! They were going to ‘make it right’ but they came out and said I would have to pay for the re-seal and that the water issue is my problem!! Do Not Use!!!

Salesperson who was a family member was a very good salesperson hence the signed contract. Work was not done on time. Quality was poor. Up-selling of paving entrance of driveway cost more money only to be totally torn off by the first plow that came through during the winter season. Driveway had many cracks in it within 3 months of paving. Difficult to reach by phone. Would not stand by their work.

The project was only 95% percent completed in June of 2018. It took me 2 months and 10 different phone calls just to get them to agree that the project wasn't completed according to the design and was told they would come and correct it. It's now 11/20/18 and I just got off the phone with a snotty women who said she will have the owner contact me but she doesn't know when he will be back in the office. Such poor customer service. Will never use them again

It took several more days than expected. Some of the work was done when it was dark. They dug up and destroyed a sprinkler head. The lawn was torn up and they claimed they couldn’t fix it. They miscalculated on the size of the truck that would work on our cul de sac. That caused several days of delays. When a copy of the original work was made it was done by hand rather than using a printer. As a result they paved a large section that we had not contracted for. Luckily, they never noticed and didn’t expect us to pay anything extra.

Not well! The initial meeting with Mr. Capozzi he explained his role in the work which included returning to clean the joints in the stamped concrete. That never occurred. He also told me they would return to seal the concrete in two years. When contacted two years later, the message was that they don't do that work. The day the work was done four or five young men were left to proceed after early morning instruction from a man who then left. During the day I heard the young men comparing their felony records. While I can support employment of young people who walked a wrong path at some point, one would expect they would not discuss it while on a job. When the paving and stamping was complete they dusted it with a darker dust as planned, but then did not have a working power washer to clean the excess off. A call to Capozzi by me resulted in Mr. Capozzi appearing the next day with a power. Upon final inspection it appears that the workers allowed the concrete to set to much before stamping so that there are areas when the stamping is a minimal depth. A year later an electric line was installed that was trenched under the walkway in a spot that had cracked in the spring. While the company cannot be held responsible for concrete cracks in WNY weather, the electrician discovered that while the surrounding concrete was 4" thick the area of the crack was only 2" thick. A call to Capozzi's was met with the expected response "we are not responsible for cracks". I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I didn't get any other quotes so I don't know if it was a good price or a bad price.  It took one day for the work to be done and there were three different crews, probably eight or nine people altogether.

The office staff was great, very responsive. Unfortunately the person who was supposed to come postponed his appointment from Wednesday to Friday and then called after I made several phone calls to the office to say he could not come. He said he could reschedule and then decided he would stop when he could and leave an estimate in my mailbox. It has been two weeks. He never came.

Overall it went well. There was a slight miscommunication which caused us to wait an additional week for the project to be completed. The crews were very professional & friendly and did not leave any debris behind.

It went very well - I suggest just letting them handle the details, because they do it well.

Promptly arrived on the scheduled date. Explained the process in detail. All the employees were respectful of our personal property. At the completion of the work, they asked me to inspect their work and asked me if I had any questions. They reviewed when we could drive on the driveway and recommended sealing it midsummer next year and then the following year. After the first two years, alternate years for sealing was recommended. The site was clean when they left , like they were never here. Except we have a nice new resurfaced driveway and a Capozzi advertising sign in the yard. They meet all my expectations.

The work was fine but the service was horrible. First contact was in May and job was not competed until October despite calling multiple times. Estimating information is crude. Workers left trash in the yard. The office staff is extremely rude

planning a large high end patio job with planters stairs and multiple levels. person that came out was very knowledgeable and was my pick based on knowledge and understand of the complexity of the job. I asked each company to send a bid to me. after not getting the bid I called to do a follow-up. the lady that answers the phone was very rude. I simply asked how they send out bids email or mail. she said they where very busy and would not have sent a bid. I said to her but how would I get the bid price then. she said just give me your name. I said waite how would you get me the info. she screamed at me just give me your name we are very busy. I said I dont think I would want to do business with you if you treat your customers this way. she said fine then don't, we have plenty of business. My comment is that even if they do good work, if they keep having her answer the phone they will not have alot of work. still do not have a bid.

We are very grateful that we chose Capozzi Paving to install a basketball court in our back yard. The crew was prompt, professional, and courteous. We were especially impressed with the care the crew took with my property. The crew carted stone and asphalt in wheelbarrows from the street up my 150 foot driveway rather than driving their heavy trucks onto my driveway. This extra effort to care for my property was greatly appreciated and is not the norm in the industry. We won't hesitate to call Capozzi again for future projects.

Work was performed on time at estimated cost. Coordinated with the town for removal of roots from town tree which had caused the walk to buckle.

They do a really good job.  Our neighbor also used them to do his driveway as well.  They also redid our driveway a few years ago and did a really good job fixing it...the original contractor didn't do a very good job.  They do asphalt and concrete driveways.

All work was done on time, and we were very satisfied with the results.  One year later, however, there are significant cracks and chips down to the gravel. Our neighbor had their driveway redone right after we did, with a different company, and their driveway is still perfect-- no cracks or chips.  It is worth noting that our neighbors use the same snow plowing service as us, so it does not seem that rough or careless snow removal is the culprit.

Had a stamped concrete Patio 12 X 22 poured by Capozzi because of a very competitive price. They showed up on time and were friendly. After the patio was poured I noticed that there were many light stamps and in some areas the concrete was crisping. When they left they even took tools that I had in my yard. After many phone calls finally got through to Nick and he was not helpful at all. He promised to seal the patio but never showed. Do not do business with Capozzi Paving as they do bad work and do not follow through with their promises.
