It was great. They are expensive but they do prompt and good work. They are very reputable. What they said, they do. They told us what we should use to maintain them and we've done that and they look like they are brand new. They are not cheap but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for within reason but we were able to go out and pick up the countertops that we wanted. They had a good selection and we found what we wanted and they cut it to size and we haven't had any problems with it. They said it would cost what it cost.

Proposal process was an overly anxious time with various submission and changes. However once both sides agreed to the price, all went according to plan. They said it would take about three months and we were completed in about four. However, the delay was due to extras that we wanted.

Everthing went well. The rooms turned out great. Very happy with the design and workmanship. Jim Krell, the lead carpenter, has excellent attention to detail. Auburn Watson also accomodated a couple minor on-the-job design changes without additional charges.

Wayne very easy to work with, follow through amazing. Workers left area clean when through after each day.

I can't say enough about him. He did the design work first and I am waiting for the cabinet work to be done. He was very helpful. I was super pleased with everything he did. He gave me so many examples and helped me know things. I just had a terrific experience with him. I would recommend him hands down to anybody who is looking for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I had an unbelievably positive experience with him. He did my brother's kitchen and that is how I got to know him. He works very closely with me and treats me like any other customer. I was scared to go to him because he does big projects, but he treated my little project also in the same way. My brother is also happy with him. He has ordered the cabinets from another company. He did not do the floor and I hired another company, but he gave me ideas and directions. His prices were reasonable. I feel I am getting a lot for my money. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional.

We have been working with them for 25 years. They were the first group of contractors that I felt absolutely secure with. They spend a lot of time working with the consumer. They come up with innovative designs that meet the consumer's needs. They deal with a particular characteristic of the construction site. They also worked with us with the kitchen and they got the work done on time. We live in an old house, so there are different kinds of space limitations and they are diligent in terms of trying to maximize the functionality and the static qualities of installation. They are absolutely the best.
