"This couple have been my customers since August 2012. I see [Removed Member Name] in person at least monthly on his way to work, if there was any issue when to end mowing service he could have discussed it with me or simply called, I do not know where that came from. I have completed both spring and fall clean-ups of the property, annually trimmed the hedges around the house and feed the lawn 4 times per season. The lawn is irrigated (and fed). [Removed Member Name] left me a phone message on April 17, 2016 saying "money is tight please change the mowing schedule from weekly to every other week and cut the lawn lower". Please see the letter I sent him in response to his message: [Removed Member Name] [Removed Member Information] April 18, 2016 Hi [Removed Member Name] and [Removed Member Name], After receiving your voice message it would be best if you secured the services of another lawn care company. Your investment in your lawn with timely feedings has resulted in a healthy, nice looking lawn. A change in cutting intervals, I feel, will generate way too many clippings for the lawn to breakdown and would be difficult to mow. Changing cutting height does not affect the amount of clippings, rather the time between cutting does. There are many fine lawn care groups in the area that can help support your lawn maintenance needs. I appreciate your business in the past and hope you have an enjoyable summer. Thank you, Rob"

Underway is outstanding--Rob has been taking care of my end-of-winter yard cleanup and all lawn mowing for several years now--excellent quality; reliable service; responsive; and overall a great job. I plan to continue to use his services!

I'm still using Underway. He''[ be starting again this Spring. He does lawn work. He snow plows in the Winter and does mowing in the Summer. He comes as many as necessary for each storm. I like that he's just a nice guy and the fact that he's local. He lives very nearby. He gives you a cellphone number so you can call him between calls. The work turned out fine.

Mr. Underway arrived with his helper around 8 a.m. on a windy morning. He had not called earlier to tell me of his arrival.
He and his helper both raked and used a leaf blower to clear the leaves and such. I did go out one time and he
commented that it was a hard day to do this type of work. I did not suggest he come back as I was hopeful the
wind would die down as the morning progressed. He and his helper completed the clean up and left. The
wind continued, and in the early afternoon I went outside and could see that some of the leaves and debris he
had removed from the lawn into a big pile had blown partially back onto the grass. At that point I realized that
his decision to come to do the clean up on that day was a poor choice. As I was busy with family circumstances
I did not take the time to call and discuss it with him. Several days later I re-raked portions of the lawn.

"I did not call Mrs. [Removed Member Name] as I had stopped by the afternoon before to see if it was dry enough to complete the work, I spoke to her in person and let her know we would be over the next morning at 8:00 AM. The house was on the market and she was in a rush to have the clean up completed, which we did. Also at Mrs. [Removed Member Name] requested we trim 3 large hedges in the back yard which I did not charge her for."

We had been using another service, which did a nice job but cost too much. We called Underway for an estimate. He came promptly and gave us an estimate that was less than half what we had been paying before. We decided to take a chance, and have been pleasantly surprised. They work quickly and efficiently, come when it is necessary and don't come when the lawn does not need cutting. Even though we have a lot of obstructions in our yard - a fenced garden, some raised beds, etc - they use the weed whacker to cut cleanly around them. We don't have them do anything fancy, no landscaping, weeding or cleanup, just mowing, and they do a fine job. We are very pleased and intend to keep using the service.

If the lawn doesn't need to be mowed they wont do it. They are always reliable and if I need some extra things done, they will come in a couple of days.

Wonderful company and I reccomned them to anyone who needs help from mowing to triming hedges, and all types of yard work. Extremely responsive, great prices from inital visit to charge for each additional visit. Easy to work with, they do a great job and clean up so all you see is your yard looking fantastic.

Very satisfied with Underway. We moved into a house that hadn't had the lawn mowed in months. He was very professional and straight forward. They came out for services a few days after our estimate and have been coming the same day every other week. We never have to call to see when they'll be coming. Very happy with the services and have recommended them to a few friends.

Rob called me the night before to let me know what time he would be arriving. We were at work while the work was being done, but the landscaping looked 100% better. All debris was cleaned up and removed.

They are excellent. Always shows up on time, is meticulous about the lawn and trim, and did a great job with my fall clean-up. My yard was pretty much a jungle, but they got it under control and also took out a large dying tree.
