It was a special deal that I got an email about. The guy was great. He got here and he never stopped from the time he was here and never took a break. He did a great job. The price was excellent. This was the first and only time I used them.

I purchased two LivingSocial vouchers for them. This is the correct phone number, and the number I dialed, but after calling several times, I never received a return call. Even more alarming, the voice mail doesn't say Red's, and it doesn't even say a name - it is the generic "The number you have reached, 5-1-8... is not available. Please leave a message after the tone" system voice mail. LivingSocial tried too, to no avail, so THANKFULLY they refunded my money for the purchase. I would consider them out of business, I suppose. Rather, I hope - if they ARE in business, then that's even worse!

Savina McClune, aka Reds Cleaning and Organization not only did NOT finish the job, but after booking over a month ahead NEVER SHOWED UP or RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS! We spoke with her and booked her for l10/20/2013 - after making sure you worked on Sundays - to clean an empty apt. She said she does jobs like this and it wouldn't even take the 4 hours her deal on Living Social was for ($49 for 4 hours of cleaning). We called the Wed. before to reconfirm and give directions (as we'd discussed on the phone), but her voice mailbox was full, so we couldn't even leave a message. We contacted her thru her website AND by email (as she had emailed to me previously when we first communicated, so I know I had the right email address) and asked her to get in touch with us, left several phone numbers and reminded her of the appointment. When we hadn't heard by Friday, we tried to phone her # again and heard the message to Living Social clients that she is booking through January - - SO I know either she or at least someone on her behalf cleared out her messages and MUST have heard ours. STILL, NO RESPONSE! Figuring maybe she was ill or out of town, we gave her the benefit of the doubt and left more messages, but to this day, we have not heard back from her. I spent all Sat night calling all the house cleaners on Angie's List to desperately find someone who could help us out on short notice the next day. Unprofessional doesn't even BEGIN to cover this. I don't know if she's running a scam or just irresponsible but I warn anyone who thinks about using her that she is totally unreliable. Her new message on her FaceBook page to Living Social customers is new, so I know she are still soliciting business and must be taking messages. Thank goodness that when Living Social heard what happened, they promptly gave me credit as I would certainly NOT ever consider hiring her! Thank goodness another professional house cleaner from Angie's list came to our rescue!
