Prudential Manor Homes

We have bought and sold a few houses in our lifetime so we have a had quite a bit of experience dealing with real estate agents. We had three experiences with Prudential Manor Home that were not positive. We called Prudential based upon some reviews of a good agent they had. We left her a message and she never returned our calls. A young man called us and said the this agent was too busy and he was assigned to us. He was pleasant and mildly knowledgable but had no idea as to how to negotiate the sale of a house. We had to get the broker involved and still could not resolve a simple matter tying. They tried to push the matter off by telling us it was the lawyers job to negotiate, not theirs. The second experience occurred when we stopped by the office looking to purchase another house since the prior negotiations weren?t made. We were referred to an older man , We had to scream out our names over and over again because it seems like he couldn?t hear. He couldn?t type either and he was so painfully slow in trying to get the system up and trying to search for available houses,. After quite some time waiting for him to get a list of available homes, we gave up and left. The third experience was with the the sellers? agent for a house we ultimately purchased. She was not responsive and again was new and had very little knowledge. After we bought the house we had to call her three times over a one month period to get her to come get her lock box off of our door. On our final house purchase we went to Better Homes and Gardens and received outstanding service.

He has been very supportive and given me a lot of good advice on what I need to do to get the house ready for market so I can get the most out of it. He has been extremely helpful. He told me who to talk to and he recommended some people. My basement was full of junk and he recommended a junk removal place. He answered questions and I would usually hear from him within a day. He was there when he said he called when he said.

She is one phenomenal real estate agent. We have worked with her through several houses. She pays attention to what you say. She knows her business inside and out. She is very competent. She is just wonderful.
