My experience with Myers Brothers couldn't have been better, which mirrors that of my parents who have used Kevin for their heating and cooling needs for decades. To begin, our 22 year old furnace began exhibiting syptoms of a failing heat exchanger and I knew it was time to start looking for a contractor to replace the unit. Normally, I would DIY the **** out of something like this, but HVAC is an area where that really isn't possible if you want name brand equipment with warranty support. While Kevin at Myers Brothers popped into my head since it was who my folks always used, I no longer live in or around Delmar (where they are based out of). I figured he wouldn't be interested in the job due so I resorted to Google to try and find someone reputable up here in Saratoga County. I had three company's come in and take a look at the job. They all had high ratings and minimal customer complaints according to review sites. While I don't claim to be an HVAC expert, since I certainly am not, I did become uneasy when two of the three told me they would put in a larger furnace based on nothing but gut feeling and furnace availability. This caused me to spiral down the rabit hole of proper HVAC design and sizing of equipment. I'm an engineer and a glutton for punishment with this sort of thing. Long story short, I came to the conclusion that I in fact, did not require a larger furnace to comfortably heat our house. With that being said, after discussing my unhappiness my father, he urged me to give Kevin a call to at the very least, get his opinion. Needless to say, Kevin completely understood where I was coming from. Asked me pertinent questions about the prior furnaces performance, and offered to do a Manual J heat load calculation on the house (I already did it though). Something none of the other three even mentioned. He came up to take a look at the current unit, discuss options, and walked me through all they would do to replace the furnace. I told him right then and there, get it ordered if you're willing to do the job. Now, I can be a real pain in the *** when it comes down to the details, and they nailed it out of the park when it came time to install the new unit. Everything looks great. They were on time, took there time on the install, and left the place cleaner than I think it was to begin with. The new furnace is operating exceptionaly well, and I feel confident they did everything correctly start to finish. Highly recommend you call Myers Brothers for your heating and cooling needs.

I have used Myers Brothers for years because I trust the owner (Kevin). They are knowledgeable, up-to-date, do top quality work at a fair price and are HONEST. To me, that's a big differentiator.

I have used Myers Brothers for years now and could not be happier. Kevin is knowledgeable, conscientious, and honest (and no, I am not a relative of his!). It's a great feeling when you have someone come into your home to take care of important equipment who you can genuinely trust!
